LABOR:          Servers In Black And White, At $20.00 / Hour, Culinary At $22.50 Per Hour.  
                      Experience Manager at $30.00 per hour
                           Chef: at $25.00 per hour
  MINIMUM:      If Less Than 100 Guest Add $2.00 Extra Per Person, LESS THAN 80 ADD $4.00,
                      LESS THAN 60 ADD $6.00 EXTRA PER PERSON, MINIMUM 50 Guest     
  SetUp:           Please allow  2 to 3 hours setup and 1 hour clean up,  Overtime will apply after 8 hours. port to port
