  Bartenders & Cocktail   Servers $19.00 per hour
  Culinary $22.50 per hour
  Cooks $25.00 per hour

Please allow 3 hours setup and 1 hour clean up
Overtime will apply after 8 hours.
Double time after 12 hours.
